Named USTA Magazine Grass Roots Hero, Colorado Wheelchair Tennis Foundation Pro of the Year, and won the Colorado Tennis Association Arthur Ashe Award, Intermountain Tennis Association Volunteer of the Year Award, Minority Coach's Workshop Arthur Ashe Award.

Holger Nickel

Resides in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Tennis Director of the Apple Athletic Club, USTA/Intermountain Tennis Association Coach, President of the USTA Intermountain Section and a Clinician for the USTA Schools Program.

Fluent in German.

Awarded USPTA Intermountain Division Coach of the Year in 2000, USPTA Intermountain Volunteer of the Year in 2003 and USPTA Professional of the Year in 2003, and was inducted into the Idaho Tennis Hall of Fame the same year.  Former president of the USPTA Intermountain Division.
