First Lady Michelle Obama started playing tennis after she finished Harvard Law School but had always wanted to attend the US Open. She was finally able to make it to the event for the very first time in 2011.

Court 3K celebrated in Atlanta

What is USTA/NJTL?


Founded in 1969 by Arthur Ashe, Charlie Pasarell, and Sheridan Snyder, the NJTL network is a nationwide group of community tennis organizations seeking to develop the character of young people through tennis and education.
