Beginners, intermediates and advanced-level players: We have the programs that are right for you. Sign up for lessons in our state-of-the-art Indoor Tennis Center and watch your game grow from the first session.

2013 Summer Adult Tennis Programs

Summer session starts on Monday, June 24, and ends Thursday, August 1.

USA Tennis 1-2-3
This is a program that combines instruction and play while emphasizing the fun and social aspects of tennis.
 
Level 1 is an instructional program for beginners and for new players. (1.0-1.5)
 
Level 2 is for advanced beginners with limited experience, still working on getting the ball into play, can play  points with serve. (2.0-2.4)
 
Level 3 is for players familiar with basic positions for singles and doubles, can play games with serve. (2.5-  3.0)
 
Level 4 is for players who have graduated Level 3 with 3.0 NTC rating.
 
"Heart pumping, high energy" fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with  cardiovascular exercise for players with 2.5-3.0 rating.
 
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. This class is for players with 3.5 rating. 
 
Boot Camp Cardio
90 minutes, Advanced Cardio for players NTC rating 4.0 & higher. 
 
Doubles Drill & Play- Rating   <  3.5  >   <  4.0   >  <  4.5  >  
We offer the serious tennis players a chance to combine instruction and drills specifically designed for doubles, with actual match competition. One hour of instruction and one hour of match play. (3.5 – 4.5)
 
Mail-in and In-person rgistration begins Monday, June 10.

Session A: Saturday, June 29
Session B: Sunday, July 21
 
$195 per session
 
 
Sample schedule:
 
8:45 a.m. Check-in
9:00 - 11:45 a.m.  Warm-up, evaluation/On-court instruction, drills
Noon - 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 - 2:45 p.m. Specialty course, on-court warm-up/drills
3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Mix and match Team Tennis
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Free play time
 

2013 Spring Adult Tennis Programs - Evenings and Weekends
