There will be no weekly classes on weekends during the summer session. Please join our weekend tennis camps.
Level 1 is an instructional programs for beginners and for new players. (1.0-1.5)
Level 2 is for advanced beginners with limited experience, still working on getting the ball into play, can play points with serve. (2.0-2.5)
Level 3 is for players familiar with basic positions for singles and doubles, can play games with serve. (2.5-3.0)
Level 4 is for players who have graduated Level 3 with 3.0 NTC rating.
"Heart pumping, high energy" fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise for player.
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. This class is for players.
Boot Camp Cardio (4.0 and up)
90 minutes, Advanced Cardio for players NTC rating 4.0 and higher.
We offer the serious tennis players a chance to combine instruction and drills specifically designed for doubles, with actual match competition. One hour of instruction and one hour of match play. (3.0-4.5)
Make-up Policy: Notice of an absence must be given to the NTC Programs office at least one (1) day in advance of the absence. Please call the NTC Class Absence Hotline at 718.760.6223 to record the absence. Student will be offered participation in one (1) clinic offered during or at the end of the current session in lieu of an in-class make up (limited to 1), free of charge. The clinic is scheduled for Friday, July 25. Please note that we do not offer in-class make ups, credits, refunds, carryovers for missed classes, no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Spring session ends on Sunday, June 22. (No classes: May 23 - May 26)
