Procedure:
Agree on time of call, “set up” call, set agenda, distribute minutes.

People Involved:
National League Administrator and 17 Sectional League Coordinators.

Timing:
Very little time involved in decision to implement calls—parties involved discussed and made decision.

Cost:
Telephone expense at $ .24 per minute x number on call, staff time.
