To develop, promote and monitor competitive tennis and training opportunities to motivate junior players to develop to the highest competitive level. Work with the sections to prepare the appropriate Regional and Sectional junior tournament structure that will complement the national tournament structure and rating/ranking system that will deliver a cohesive, comprehensive schedule that is affordable and provides opportunities for American juniors; supports importance of a traditional education; and creates a broad base of players. Work closely with the Collegiate Varsity Committee and have section input to develop a video using college coaches that is geared to helping parents and juniors understand the college recruiting process under the new junior pathway so they can attend college and have an opportunity to play tennis.
