To support staff and volunteers at all levels by leveraging the USTA Schools Program and adopt-a-school initiative to increase participation and diversity in the sport. This effort involves providing resources, equipment assistance, and training to schools and other organizations for physical education and extracurricular activities, including Kids Tennis Clubs, Play Days, and No-Cut School teams.
Secondary focus is working to get TAUT in school curriculums and providing after school skill development programs. This Committee should closely interact with the JTT, TAUT, Junior Competition & Sportsmanship and NJTL & Higher Education Committees.
