Monitor, evaluate and, where appropriate, influence technical developments and make recommendations for related rules in order to improve relevance of or preserve the essential character of the game of tennis and promote its enjoyment. Work with sections to increase awareness and applications for the USTA Outstanding Facilities Award Program.
