Joe Ceriello

Joe Ceriello joined the USTA staff at the National Tennis Center in February 2003 working in ticket operations as a Client Services Specialist where he oversaw the US Open customer service department. In October, 2006 Joe joined the USTA’s professional tennis division in the USA Team events department in White Plains as a Project Coordinator. He focused on domestic operations for Davis and Fed Cup events and worked in player services during the US Open.
In October, 2009 Joe joined USTAPD to open up Training Center-East at the National Tennis Center. In this role, he manages operations of the unit including budget and programming. He continues to oversee on-court ball signing and player ticketing for the US Open and oversees the operation of the National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships.
Joe, a native New Yorker, received his Undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his Master’s degree from the Boston Conservatory. Prior to joining the USTA Joe made his start in tennis working for the Rome Master Series at the tournament operations desk in 2002.
