International Events

Each year, the USTA sends a team of players to represent the United States in International Team Competition.  The events we currently send teams include: ITF World Junior Tennis, Jr Davis Cup, Jr Fed Cup, Le Blanc Cup and Les Petit As/Teen Tennis, Christmas Cup.

2015 Tournaments

ITF World Junior Tennis Competition-14 & Under

The top three 14 and under boys and girls from the United States participates in the ITF World Junior Championships each year.  The USA competes in the North/Central America & Caribbean Regional Championships qualifying in May of each year to earn an opportunity to compete in the ITF World Junior finals in August.   The ITF World Junior Tennis Final will be held in August in Prostejov, Czech Republic.  The USA has reached the world junior tennis finals five times on the boys side and winning four times.  The girls have reached the finals eight times and captured the six times.

Junior Davis Cup

The top three 16 and under boys from the United States participates in the Junior Davis Cup each year. The USA competes in the North/Central America & Caribbean Regional Championships qualifying in May of each year to earn an opportunity to compete in the Jr Davis Cup finals in September. The Jr Davis Cup will be held in August in Madrid, Spain. The USA has reached the Jr Davis Cup finals seven times and winning three times.

Each Year the USTA sends players to the following international team events.  Le Petit As, Teen Tennis and Christmas Cup is for 14 and under players and Le Blanc Cup is for 12 and under players.
