Eligibility and Criteria

Program, or individual conducting a program, must have been active for a minimum of three consecutive years. Program or program leader has demonstrated continued excellence, dedication, and tennis-related service for those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
 

Selection Process

The USTA Adaptive Tennis National Community Service Award recipient is selected by a panel of USTA Adaptive Tennis Committee members and National USTA staff who work with Adaptive Tennis.

- Recipient is notified in October.
