Please be advised that the list below references only those individuals who have successfully passed the USTA Background Check Screening Program for the relevant biennial cycle or were under the age of 18 at the time of initial screening or do not have their primary residence in the United States (and thus no background screen was performed during the relevant biennial cycle). It DOES NOT represent that the individual is certified, or otherwise approved to provide services for the USTA which shall be memorialized by written agreement. It is the policy of the USTA not to post the names of individuals who have either not applied, whose background screen is pending, or who have received an adverse action as a result of the background screen.
