2009 Interest Form for ITF White Badge Referee Schools
In 2009 the ITF and USTA plan to hold ITF White Badge Referee Schools that certify referees for ITF Senior, Junior, and Wheelchair events.

2009 USTA Officials Data Card Reminder
The Chief of Umpires or Referee must sign the Data Card at the events that you officiate. You must fill in the school that you attended in 2008. The space for this information is located on the inside of the card, upper right, above the work record.
