Q. I was wondering if it is in bad taste to tip (monetarily) your coach after a lesson. I know our club doesn't pay him enough. Do people tip in other clubs? Is it common practice or not?

Is tipping a pro customary? Not exactly. They are already being compensated for their time and efforts. Does it occur? Sometimes. It is NOT common practice, but it does occur. How was that for straddling the fence while offering a non-answer answer?
