If you’re serious about doubles, you and your partner need to develop a solid two-player practice routine. Here’s how to refine your doubles in eight steps—and you'll get a great workout too.
In this video, I’ll show you a once-a-week practice program that includes:
1. A brief warm-up, like jumping rope.
2. Cooperative volleying and baseline rallying so you can hit as many balls as possible.
3. Continuous forward and backward movement to improve footwork.
