– On a picture-perfect day at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, eight teams finished on top of their respective flights and advanced to Sunday’s semifinals of the 2008 USTA League presented by Chrysler 3.5 Senior National Championships.
On Sunday at 7:30 a.m., the men’s semifinals will feature the USTA Intermountain Section against the USTA Southern Section. In the other semifinal, the USTA Middle States Section will face the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section.
In the women’s semifinals, the USTA Southern Section takes on the USTA Eastern Section while the USTA Northern California Section will meet the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section.
The winners advance to the championship finals, which are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
