Angela Garcia.

Angela Garcia joined the USTA Player Development staff as the Assistant for Junior & Collegiate Competition. In this role she will assist in the coordination of ITF entries for events held in the United States and assist the junior and collegiate department.
She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in the Spring of 2003 with a major in Athletic Training and a double minor in Biology and Physical Education. She was a two year scholarship athlete for OBU Division II Women’s Soccer. She participated in Disney’s Wide World of Sports Athletic Training Internship. She recently earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Florida State University after participating in their Global Sports International Program, with an emphasis on such events as Wimbledon, Roland Garros and Tour de France. She also worked as the Assistant, Director of Basketball Operations for the FSU Women’s Basketball Team.
