France rallies, edges U.S., 3-2, in World Group Play-off

The French team of Caroline Garcia and Virginie Razzano fought off a game U.S. pairing of Madison Keys and Sloane Stephens in the deciding doubles match to give France a narrow victory in St. Louis. With the loss, the Americans will now compete in World Group II in 2015.
