Format:  A match consists of a boy’s and girl’s singles match, a boy’s and girl’s doubles match and a mixed doubles match. The winner is determined by total games won.

Coach’s Registration:  
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm, Thursday, October 19 at the Hilton El Conquistador Hotel
Coaches are required to turn in all forms during this time which include photo release forms, medical release form, coach’s contact information and tell us about your team form.

Mandatory Coach’s Meeting: 
Following registration at 6:00 pm.  Note this meeting is for coaches and co-coaches.

Friday evening 6:30 pm—El Conquistador Hotel
Saturday evening 6:30 pm – El Conquistador Hotel
  
All players and coaches will receive a complimentary ticket for each event.  All players attending must be chaperoned.  Additional tickets are $35.00 each per event and can be purchased at registration.

Transportation to and from the courts:  
The El Conquistador Hotel is a very short walk to El Conquistador courts.
Shuttle service will not be provided.

Airport Shuttle Service:  
The Tucson International Airport is 24 miles from the Hilton El Conquistador.
