Balls: Penn hard court
Qualifying teams: 14 & under, Intermediate and 14 & under, Advanced. One team from each category qualify to participate from each USTA Section.
Format: A match consists of a boy’s and girl’s singles match, a boys' and girls' doubles match and a mixed doubles match. The winner is determined by total games won.
Scoring: All matches will be 2 out of 3, 6-game short sets (no-ad scoring), with a 12 point tiebreak at 5-5 and a match tiebreaker for the 3rd set. Team score will be based on total number of games won.
Team Coach/Manager’s Registration:
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm, Thursday, October 11 at the Hilton El Conquistador Hotel
Team coaches/managers are required to turn in all forms during this time which include photo release forms, photo of each player, medical release form, team coach/manager’s contact information and tell us about your team form.
Mandatory Team Coach/Manager’s Meeting:
Following registration at 6:00 pm. Note this meeting is for team coaches/managers and co-team coaches/managers.

On-court Training Session for Players with Wayne Bryan
Wayne Bryan is a national clinician and speaker. He heads up KIDS DAYS for the ATP in North America as well as doing “on-court” interviews and tennis clinics for the tour.
Bryan’s twin sons, Bob and Mike, are Grand Slam doubles champions and are the winningest brothers doubles team of the Open era. Bryan founded the Cabrillo Racquet Club. He also serves as a speaker for Wilson, Adidas, WTT, USTA, USPTA and PTR. Wayne will kick-off the event with a courtside chat and then lead an entertaining and energizing clinic.

Enjoy barbecue cuisine in a unique old-west themed outdoor setting and participate in a show.

Buffet Dinner and for players and team manager’s.
Make a big splash—dine at the pool and take a ride down the water slide.
All players and one team coach/manger will receive a complimentary ticket for each event. All players attending must be chaperoned. Additional tickets are $50.00 each per event and can be purchased at USTA registration desk.

Transportation to and from the courts:
The El Conquistador Hotel is a very short walk to El Conquistador courts.
Shuttle service will not be provided.
Airport Shuttle Service:
The Tucson International Airport is 24 miles from the Hilton El Conquistador.

Alternate Transportation:
More frequent flights are available into Phoenix Airport (approximately 2 hours driving time from Tucson).
