Please note the important changes to the Men’s Circuit for 2009:
New ITF Men’s Entry Procedures:
The ITF Men’s Circuit has changed its entry rules and procedures, effective for all 2009 tournaments. The summary of the rules is linked here but the important changes to the entry system are as follows:
- The entry deadline for main draw and qualifying is 1400 hrs GMT on Thursday, 18 days prior to the Monday of the Tournament week.
- There is now a withdrawal deadline: 1400 hrs GMT on Tuesday, 13 days prior to the Monday of the tournament week.
- All ranked AND UNRANKED players must enter the tournament, INCLUDING QUALIFYING, by the entry deadline. All players entered by the entry deadline will have priority over all non-entered players, ranked or unranked.
New ITF Qualifying Entry Fee:
Additionally, the ITF has augmented the Qualifying Entry Fee to $40 at all Futures events.
Revised Point Breakdown:
The computer points distributed at the Futures level have been revised.
