IT WAS A LITTLE BIT OVERWHELMING because, at first I thought, was I doing it right? Just getting signed up for playing in tournaments to compete— it was just a really moving experience for me, really cool!
I was basically very timid and self conscious about myself. It was a bit intimidating because I was in with these girls that had started much earlier than I had, and I was the newcomer. Try to be confident in yourself, it may seem really overwhelming at first but it will only get easier as you do more and get more comfortable with the whole situation. Above all, don’t get discouraged!
