- USTA Endorsement for US Open Junior Championships. - Players who meet US citizenship or residency requirements should request an entry form from the Coordinator of Player Services, USTA Player Development
- USTA Endorsement for other events within the U.S. - after the Tournament Director receives all entries the Tournament Director will submit a list to the Director of Junior Competition for endorsement unless sectional endorsement is required.
