It will be an all-American Wimbledon boys' singles final at the All England Club, as No. 6 seed Stefan Kozlov and unseeded Noah Rubin won their semifinal matches Saturday and will square off for the championship on Sunday.

Kozlov, 16, advanced to the final with a 6-3, 7-6 (7) win over No. 8 seed Johan Sebastien Tatlot of France. Rubin, 18, defeated fellow American Taylor Fritz, 6-4, 6-2, to reach his first Grand Slam final.

Kozlov, currently sixth in the ITF World Junior Rankings, has posted excellent results in junior Grand Slam play this year, finishing runner-up at the Australian Open and reaching the quarterfinals at Roland Garros.

He is also still alive in the doubles draw at Wimbledon, reaching the final with partner Andrey Rublev of Russia. Seeded No. 1, Kozlov and Rublev will take on No. 3 seeds Orlando Luz and Marcelo Zormann of Brazil for the title.

Rubin’s prior best result at a junior Grand Slam was an appearance in the quarterfinals at the French Open in 2012.

The last time two Americans met in the Wimbledon boys' final was in 1977, when Van Winitsky defeated Eliot Teltscher, 6-1, 1-6, 8-6, for the championship.
