NJTL routinely collects and shares the best practices of its network, which includes sources with more than 35 years of experience and several multi-million dollar nonprofit and afterschool youth development organizations.

Capacity Building Program

Provides long-term technical assistance for selected chapters that are committed to achieving significant qualitative and quantitative growth. NJTL tailors assistance and networking opportunities for the greatest impact.

Grants and Incentives

USTA Serves is the national charitable foundation of the USTA.  It supports and encourages NJTL children to pursue their goals of succeeding on and off the tennis court by awarding grants and scholarships to deserving youth each year. 
 

Liability & Directors/Officers Insurance

In addition to free registration, registered NJTL’s have access to USTA-offered Liability Insurance as well as Directors and Officers Insurance. Low cost plans protect providers against unforeseen damages.

NJTL of the Year Award

Each year, three NJTL chapters are honored for outstanding work.  These chapters receive the NJTL of the Year Award, an all-expense paid trip to the USTA’s Community Tennis Development Workshop, and a promotional video about the chapter produced by USTA.
