Coach’s Registration:
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm, Friday, October 27 at Barnes Tennis Center
Coaches are required to turn in all forms during this time which include photo release forms, medical release form, coach’s contact information and tell us about your team form.
Mandatory Coach's Meeting:
Following registration at 2:30 pm
Only Coaches and co-coaches are invited.
Balls: Penn hard court
Qualifying teams: 14 & under, Advanced and 18 & under, Advanced. One team from each category qualify to participate from each USTA Section.
Format: A match consists of a boy’s and girl’s singles match, a boy’s and girl’s doubles match and a mixed doubles match. The winner is determined by total games won.

Player Festivities:
Friday evening--Pizza will be served to all players and coaches at Barnes Tennis Center.
Saturday evening—Players and coaches are invited to the San Diego Zoo for a twilight bus tour of the property followed by dinner at Sydney’s Grill which is an outdoor facility, a few steps from elephants, koalas, meerkats, and capybaras. Sunday evening—Attention: Goblins and Ghouls!!! Don’t miss out on our Halloween Bash. All players and coaches are invited to the Doubletree Hotel for dinner and dancing.
Halloween Costume Contest
Wear your Halloween Costume to be judged on the following categories for prizes:
Scariest
Most Creative
Funniest
Cutest
Best Group Costume
All costumes will be judged on creativity, presentation, and workmanship.
1st and 2nd prizes will be awarded for each category.
All players and coaches will receive a complimentary ticket for each event. All players attending must be chaperoned. Additional tickets are $35.00 each per event and can be purchased at registration.

Shuttle service will not be provided.
Airport Shuttle Service:
Shuttle service is available from the airport to the Doubletree Hotel and is complimentary. The cost for the shuttle from
the hotel to the airport is $5.00 per person. To arrange for shuttle service, please call the Doubletree Hotel at
619-297-5466. The hotel is approximately a 15-20 minute drive to the hotel.
