Team Coach/Manager Information

Register in 5 EASY Steps

1. All teams are required to register on TennisLink.
• Log on to TennisLink Team Tennis.
• Click on Championship Registration.
• Enter event registration number:
14 intermediate: 8906 18 intermediate: 8908
14 advanced: 8905 18 advanced: 8907
• Enter team number
• Enter number of players attending event
• Follow Instructions

Entry fee: $50.00 per person plus processing fee
Team Deposit: $250.00. The deposit is a hold
on a credit card to ensure the team participates
(throughout event). If team withdraws 30 days after
registration or after Aug. 27 (whichever comes first),
deposit and player fees will be forfeited.

Team Registration Deadline: Two weeks following completion of section championships.

2. Complete Coach/Team Manager Team Information Form
3. CompleteMedia Survey
4. Complete Credential Application Form - ***Must be completed
by all coaches, team managers and players attending event,
no later than Thursday, September 20. Photo upload required.
5. Complete Promotion and Release Waiver - Players/Coaches
need to complete this form and bring it with you to the tournament registration. You can submit all of the forms for your team once on-site at Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center.

Conference Calls

Conference calls are an important to th USTA to convey necessary information to coaches before teams arrive at the 2012 USTA Jr. Team Tennis National Championships. We want our coaches to feel comfortable in asking questions and to know the vital facts heading into the big event in South Carolina.

We will hold one call for each play division:

14U Event - Tuesday, September 18

12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time - Intermediate Division
4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time - Advanced Division

18U Event - Wednesday, September 19

On-Site Registration

Team Coach/Manager Registration:

14U Event - Thursday, October 18 at the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

18U Event - Thursday, October 25 at the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Team Coach/Manager must turn all promotion and release waivers for the team during this time. Also, be sure to sign up for an appointment with the official photographer for your team picture.

Mandatory Team Coach/Manager Meeting:

Following registration at 4:30 p.m.; Only Team Coach/Managers and co-Team Coach/Managers are invited. Here, you will have a refresher on scoring format, rules, schedule, off-court activities & media opportunities.
