INDIAN WELLS, Calif. – On a beautiful, sunny day at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the men’s Northern California Section team and the women’s Eastern Section team won their respective titles at the 2011 USTA League 3.5 Senior National Championships.
The Northern Men turned in a stellar performance as they defeated the Southern Section men’s team 3-0 in the final. The Eastern Section women edged the Mid-Atlantic Section women 2-1 in the women’s final which was decided by a match tie-break in the last doubles match.
The Southwest Section men’s team captured third place as they defeated the Pacific Northwest Section men 2-1. The Midwest Section women finished in third place by getting past the Southern Section women’s team 2-1.

3rd Place -- Southwest, Phoenix, Arizona
4th Place -- Pacific Northwest, Spokane, Washington
