Donald Young improved his year-end ranking from No. 194 in the world in 2009 to No. 128 in 2010 after solid results that included winning the Carson singles title and the Charlottesville doubles championship. The 21-year-old lefty, who also finished runner-up at the Aptos Challenger and reached five other semifinals during the season, finished second on the men's prize-money list to Robert Kendrick, earning $37,570.
