QuickStart Tennis: Toss and Trap, Toss-Turn and Trap

This activity is similar to Toss and Catch, but this time the player will have a racquet. The racquet is held at its throat with the dominant hand, and the butt of the racquet is held against the stomach at the “belt buckle” position.
