OFFICIATING

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Officials-Schools-and-Training-620x175

Over the next two years, the traditional USTA in-person Certification Schools will be replaced by Online Education Courses. We have partnered with the USTA Learning and Development Department and E-Path to develop these online courses, which will be rolled out as they are completed.

Online Courses

We happy to launch the USTA Officiating Online Learning Center and the first six courses that will be included in all the Learning Plans for each Officiating Discipline. As we develop more courses, the material covered in each one will be more complex and prepare officials for the level of certification they desire.

The first six courses to be launched and available are:

  • Introduction to Officiating
  • Rules and Regulations 1
  • Rules and Regulations 2
  • Rules and Regulations 3
  • Rover 1
  • Referee 1

All Officials, regardless of experience and certification, must complete all the required courses AVAILABLE in their Learning Plan(s) by Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016.  The courses required for each Officiating Discipline are:
