The Player Services Department works with junior and professional players in order to assist with handling all of the wild card requests, player grant requests and disbursements, ITF entries for junior players traveling to international events, as well as providing players, parents and coaches with assistance in understanding the various rules associated with ITF Junior and Pro events, ATP and WTA events.


TEAM USA Summer Team


Team USA National Junior Teams are designed to assist the USA’s best young players with an opportunity to travel and train together during the summer to compete against other top players from around the world.  USTA Player Development will be providing coaching assistance and some travel assistance to some of the major summer events.  In 2015 this will be for players born in 1999 and 2000.  For more information click here.

Youth Olympic Games


The Youth Olympic Games (YOG) is an international multi-sport event organized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The games are held every four years in staggered summer and winter events consistent with the Olympic Games format. In July 2007 the IOC approved the games and the first summer version was held in Singapore in August of 2010 and the second summer games were conducted in Nanjing, China in August of 2014.  The USTA will send a team for the Buenos Aires Games in August of 2018.

International Events


USTA Player Development send a team of players to participate in team events such as Junior Davis Cup and Junior Fed Cup.
