Katrina Adams is Executive Director of the Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program (N.Y.) and Vice President of the USTA Board of Directors. She is a former world top 10 doubles player and the first African American NCAA doubles champion. Adams has also been a television analyst for Tennis Channel. 


Lance Andersen, PTR-, USPTA- and Etcheberry-certified, is a member 
of Team Babolat and the National Cardio Tennis Speaker Team. He is on
the staff at the Longfellow Club in Wayland, Mass., and at the Tennis Academy of Harvard as USTA Jr. Tournament Director. Andersen was named USPTA 2010 New England Regional Pro of the Year.


Jorge Capestany, a USPTA and PTR Master Professional, is the founder of www.tennisdrills.tv, a website of more than 800 videos of tennis drills and tips. He is a six-time Michigan Pro of the Year and a two-time Midwest Pro of the Year. A member of the Wilson national speaker’s bureau team, Capestany has coached hundreds of ranked juniors, including three national champions.


Anne Davis, National Manager of the USTA Recreational Coaches and Programs, currently works with 10 and Under Tennis, organizing recreational training for parent-coaches, volunteers and recreational coaches. A certified PTR professional, Davis coaches adults, juniors & young children and is a national Recreational Coaches Workshop coach.


Wayne Elderton is the head of Tennis Canada Coaching Development and Certification in British Columbia and the tennis director at the Grant Connell Tennis Centre in North Vancouver. He is a certified Canadian national level 4 coach and PTR- and USPTA-certified. He has received the Canadian Coaching Educator & Tennis Professional of the Year awards. 


Dan Gould, Ph.D. is the director of the Institute for the Study of Youth Sports and a professor in the department of kinesiology at the Michigan State University. An active researcher and author, he also privately consults with athletes, coaches and parents. Gould serves on the
USTA Sport Science and Coaching Committee.


Jamea Jackson, an assistant coach for the Oklahoma State women’s tennis team, has also served as the women’s USTA Summer Collegiate Team coach, working with 12 of the top collegiate athletes from around the country. A 2006 U.S. Fed Cup team member, Jackson is a former professional player with an all-time high ranking of No. 45 in singles.


Paul Lubbers Ph.D. serves USTA Player Development as a special advisor, providing educational opportunities for tennis coaches and focusing on the talent development process for America’s top junior players. He is an active speaker and writer, contributing to conferences and tennis publications with many of the world’s tennis organizations. 


Todd Martin, former world ranked No. 4 player and member of the U.S. David Cup team, is currently a Director at Large for USTA Board of Directors and Honorary Chair of the Sportsmanship Committee. In 1994, he founded the Todd Martin Development Fund, an NJTL serving the mid-Michigan area and was inducted into the USTA Midwest Hall of Fame.


Anne Pankhurst, a coach education and player development
consultant, has served as the USTA Player Development Coaching Education Manager, the Lawn Tennis Association Coach Education Director and Education Consultant to the PTR. A tennis coach for 25
years and certified teacher of Physical Education, Pankhurst has
authored numerous coaching materials and books.


Warren Pretorius, a USPTA master professional, is currently the tennis market manager and southwest region director for Dartfish USA. A former NCAA Division I collegiate player, he also competed on the USTA senior circuit, winning eight USTA balls, including four national championships. 


David Ramos is Coordinator for Coaching Education and Sport Science at the USTA Player Development Training Center Headquarters. As a USPTA/PTR/USTA High Performance-certified professional with 20
years of experience, he provides video analysis of the full-time
students and trains the national staff in this area.


Ryan Sachire is associate head coach at his alma mater, Notre Dame. Over the course of his five seasons, he has helped guide Notre Dame to two Big East Championships as well as five straight NCAA Championship appearances, including reaching the Round of 16 in ’06-07.


Jody Brylinsky, Ph.D., is a professor in the Coaching Sport Performance graduate program at Western Michigan University.
She is a past president of the NAPSE, member of the NASPE Sport
Hall of Fame, co-author of the "National Standards for Sport Coaches" and "National Coaching Report: The State of Coaching in the U.S.A."
