We’re All In when it comes to growing our sport to new generations of diverse fans, players, volunteers and team members. That begins with creating an inclusive workplace culture where everyone can not only be themselves, but the best version of themselves. Where everyone has a voice. Where our differences aren’t just celebrated; they drive business strategy. And where you can play an active role in making tennis look like America.

    Volunteers

Volunteers are at the very heart of what the USTA does as an association. In fact, the USTA was founded in 1881 by a group of enthusiastic volunteers and our current president and board of directors are all volunteers.

As such, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with tennis at the volunteer level. Community Tennis Associations and the National Junior Tennis & Learning network are great places to start, as is the USTA Junior Team Tennis program.
