The purpose of the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer is to develop and facilitate the implementation of strategies and tactics designed to further Diversity and Inclusion throughout the USTA and to ensure that all segments of the American population are actively encouraged and recruited to participate in the sport of tennis as players, providers and spectators.
