AMIGOS BRING TENNIS TO RICHMOND

Howard and Patty Lamson helped found Amigos, Richmond's Latino Center, in 1999, hoping to give opportunities to the area's growing minority community. One of the center's most popular and successful programs is Amigos Youth Tennis, which provides free tennis camps to children and families who might otherwise be unable to play the sport.
