USTA Connecticut Grants
The 2025 USTA Connecticut Grant Form is LIVE
Before beginning your application, please read the following:
As an integral part of USTA Connecticut, grants are awarded to programs throughout the state. We encourage you to apply for a grant to support your organization or program.
In an effort to streamline the process of taking your idea and presenting it to our Grant Committee we have created a step-by-step form that will collect vital information so we can determine whether funding will be a valuable contribution to your efforts. Please pay attention to all questions and answer as thoroughly as you can (in particular the essay-type questions). You can apply for a Grant as an individual but you must partner with an Organization. For a variety of reasons, it is best you find a Fiscal Agent with a non-profit status and an EIN to receive and then distribute your funds but that is a decision for you to make. However, be advised our mandate from USTA NE precludes funding to organizations without a non-profit status. You will notice that you can stop at any time and save all work completed for future continuation. Bear in mind you will have to verify your email with each new continuation effort. After completing the FORM, if there are any errors you will be prompted to fix them before it is accepted. Once accepted you will receive a notification email.
No Submission Deadline: As a rolling grant opportunity, we will receive your request and make a decision within a month.
NO GRANT CAN BE SUBMITTED WITHOUT AN ATTACHED BUDGET (EXCEL FILES ARE BEST) BUT THIS CAN BE IN ANY FORM YOU CHOOSE….
To assist in preparation, we suggest you print this form and collect the necessary information before initiating an online session to fill in the form.
If you have any questions please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to answer as expeditiously as possible.
Sincerely,
Todd Piker
Chairman, USTA CT Grant Committee

Accountability forms must be submitted within two weeks of the conclusion of your program. We will contact you for submission of an accountability form.
