Each of the Southwest's seven collegiate, co-ed club teams will be in Tucson in late February for the Tennis on Campus Championships - USTA Southwest..
The three-day event, held at the Tucson Racquet Club is not only for Section bragging rights as the top team for another year, but the event serves as an automatic qualifier for the top Section's top two teams into the 64-team field at the 2020 USTA Tennis on Campus National Championships.
Last year's champion - University of New Mexico - won the event for the second year in a row and third time overall. Besides the Lobos and the host city University of Arizona Wildcats, other "Southwest" schools will be back to compete this year, including Northern Arizona University, Grand Canyon University, New Mexico State University, University of Texas-El Paso and Arizona State University - all with their sights on qualifying for the culminating 2020 USTA Tennis on Campus National Championships.
CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE
A tentative schedule will be released in early-February for the USTA Southwest Tennis on Campus Championships and a final schedule will be handed out at the captain's meeting on the first day of play.
Please be advised the schedule could change depending on weather/teams dropping out/etc.

REGISTRATION
Information will be coming as the event nears.
HOST SITE
The host site for the 2020 USTA Southwest Tennis on Campus Championships will be Tucson Racquet Club.
This private facility, is one of the largest tennis centers in the Southwest, and has been a past host of section championship events, including this event.
