All teams should plan on starting matches on Friday morning.
Monday, September 23 Captain's meeting 5:00 p.m. (Webinar & conference call)
Thursday, September 26 Captain's check-in 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Friday, September 27 Play begins at 8:00 a.m.
Saturday, September 29 Play begins at 8:00 a.m.
Sunday, September 30 Play begins at 8:00 a.m.
Online registration & payment instructions will be posted after May 1st, 2019.
All individual players must complete the on-line registration by their district deadlines. Teams not registering enough individual players by the district deadline will not be eligible to attend. District may invite another team in replacement. ADVERTISEMENT Contact your district league coordinator for deadlines. No player will be able to play at the section championships if they do not register and/or pay the fee.
This mandatory meeting will be held as a webinar and conference call on Monday, September 23 at 5:00 p.m. and should be attended by the captain, co-captain or team representative, only. Rules and regulations will be reviewed and any questions will be answered. The call should last no more than 45 minutes. Teams will still need to have a representative check in their team at captain's check-in and pick up the team info and gifts.
CAPTAIN’S CHECK-IN: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Only the captain and co-captain should attend the captain’s check-in. You will receive a captain’s folder with the draw sheets, maps and player gifts for each player in attendance.

Please update your phone number on your TennisLink account. The phone number should be the cell you will have with you at the tournament. In the event of rain, we will notify you through the TennisLink Communication Center.
All players attending section championships will receive a high quality player gift.
EVENT ACTIVITIES FOR PLAYERS
All sites will have Gatorade and water available, as well as snacks, bananas & ice during the event. All Players should have their own water vessels, jugs or bottles, as sites will supply water for players, but not all sites have it available on the courts.
While teams are waiting to take the court, games will be available to keep players warmed up. Plinko, Hula-hoop competitions, Giant Jenga and Cornhole are there for players’ enjoyment.
