New Log-In Procedures

New Log-In Procedures

There are exciting changes that the USTA is working on to continue to make you experience better and more personalized. The first change is coming soon and will effect the way you log-in too Tennis Link.

 

Beginning July 11, an e-mail address must be used for Tennis Link Log-In. USTA account number log-in will no longer be supported.

 

Below are the actions required for all USTA members to ensure a seemless transition:

 

ALL USTA MEMBERS

  • Please make sure your e-mail address on your USTA Membership is current. You can do this by logging into membership.usta.com or contact the USTA Membership office at 1-800-990-8782.
  • Be advised when you log-in for the first time after July 11, you will be prompted for a new password. When prompted please follow the password reset instructions.
TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS
  • Tournament Directors will no longer be able to log-in with the Member Organization number. ADVERTISEMENT The Tournament Director, after July 11, must log-in using their e-mail attached to their personal USTA membership in order to access online sanction forms and TDM.
PARENTS (Junior Tournaments and Junior Team Tennis)
  • Parents of players under 14 will now have the ability to access their children's account when logged in as themselves, offering an enhanced singles sign on experience for families. Players between ages 14-18 may be associated with parent accounts as well. Some parents may need to create of modify account settings to ensure family accounts are associated properly. To do this, please visit membership.usta.com or call 1-800-990-8782.
