Quick Events for NTRP 3.5-4.5, hard & clay

USTA Southern hosted four championships in an exciting, new format: Fast4! Play is in two age levels: 18 & Over and 50 & Over players. 

Championships winners get their hands on the "golden ticket" to the nationals.

Mark your calendar for the following upcoming 2019 Fast4 National Qualifiers schedule:

  • June 15 - 16: Murfreesboro, TN – Adams Tennis Complex (ID# 700123019)
  • June 29 - 30: Little Rock, AR – Burns Park (ID# 700122319)
  • July 13 - 14: New Orleans, LA – University of New Orleans (ID# 700123119)
  • August 3 - 4: Atlanta, GA – Lifetime Peachtree Corners (ID# 700101319)

USTA Southern hosted four championships in an exciting, new format: Fast4! There were two championships on hard courts and two on clay courts, both including 18 & Over and 50 & Over players.

The shortened format for each set offers a “fast” alternative to tennis, with four points, four games, and five rules:

  1. No-ad scoring is used
  2. Service lets are played
  3. Tie-breaks are played at three games all
  4. The first to four games wins the set
  5. Best 2-out-of-3 Fast4 sets will be used with Match Tiebreak in lieu of 3rd Fast 4 Set

Prizes and incentives go to Tournament Directors
