Adult Recreation & Social Tennis Opportunities
We have a variety of recreational and social opportunities for adults within the Mid-Atlantic region. Whether you are a YoPro (Young Professional), Beginner player, Masters (Senior) player or just want to get social we have something for you. Click on the location below that best fits your needs. Programs
Arlington, VA - Lone Wolf - In this league, you register as an individual and don’t have to have a team to get started. We bring the “wolves” together to form a pack and the fun begins! Players will be divided into Arctic Wolves (Advanced), Grey Wolves (Intermediate) and Red Wolves (Beginner).

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a great way for players to enjoy the game. In about an hour, you can get an amazing workout, socialize, and enjoy tennis — all at once. Find a class near you.
