with Net Generation
Tennis provides numerous benefits beyond just good health and activity. Kids learn teamwork, communication, balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving and self-reliance, all while having fun and making friends.
We’re introducing the game to a whole new generation. Tennis is more fun and easier than ever. With smaller courts, shorter tennis racquets and balls that bounce slower and lower, beginner players – especially kids – can learn more easily and quickly.
Net Generation is the USTA’s youth (ages 5-18) tennis brand, dedicated to welcoming millions of new players to the game by focusing on empowerment, unity, and play. Net Generation provides a single registration platform for programs across the country and also requires all deliverers to have completed a background screen and an education program for working with minors.
Whether you are a beginner or a high school star, the Next Generation of Greats are in Net Generation – Official Youth Tennis of the USTA.
After experiencing tennis through fun, collaborative and non-competitive play opportunities, kids are well-prepared to take on the next level of challenge: sanctioned play.
USTA Colorado offers several programs that will inspire and reward your children through age- and level-based competition.
Ready to move into individual match play? A USTA Junior Circuit is an event that uses a non-elimination round-robin draw format for players of all ages so they can gain match experience in a tournament setting.
When a player is ready to advance their game, junior tournaments are perfect for kids who want to test their skills, get out on the court and make new friends along the way. Numerous formats and divisions are available to customize the experience for young players.
