PE teachers do not need to complete the NCSI background check or Safe Sport Compliance videos.  Please be sure to complete your registration by adding your school program into the program management center. Once completed, you will need to complete one additional form, the “Net Generation School Partnership” document, found here. Complete the “School/District” portion of the document and email to Susan Courtright, Northeastern Michigan Tennis Service Representative, at susan@midwest.usta.com.

Once these steps are completed, the curricula and equipment bag will be shipped to your school address.

Equipment includes the following: roller equipment bag, (18) red balls, (18) red foam balls, (2) barrier tapes, chalk and curricula ($600 value total).
