In honor of Women’s History Month, USTA Eastern is partnering with the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) to offer you a unique opportunity to become a certified tennis teaching professional.

PTR Ace Program

 

What is it?

ACE stands for "Advancing the Commitment to Education"

Aimed at increasing the number of certified tennis teachers and coaches of diverse backgrounds

Obtain education/certification in our 10 & Under or 11 - 17 pathway in order to learn a valuable trade and launch a career in tennis  

 

What is required?

Must be African-American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander, Native American or currently teaching in a diverse program/community

Have never been certified to teach tennis

Provide (10) hours of instruction (perferably through a program recommended by your USTA Eastern Section) to a diverse tennis program

Register and complete the Coach Youth Tennis Program and 10 and Under Workshop
