Tyler: I can't wait to come back next year
The Net Generation Tennis Festival hosted at Stanford University had a great turnout; over 65 kids enjoyed the tennis filled day. The festival held at the Taube Family Tennis Center offered fun tennis activities for the kids all ages. Net Generation branded loaner equipment (rackets, balls, nets) were available for use. Younger and first-time participants learned the basics of tennis by using red, orange and green balls. Older players played on the big courts and enjoyed the rallies coached by USTA Northern California Tennis Service Representatives.
All participants received a prize and enjoyed snacks. The raffle prizes at the end of the event were a great success. Several tennis lover kids and families received USTA goodies and the lucky ones got tickets to the Bank of the West Classic pro tennis tournament - which will be starting at the end of July. ADVERTISEMENT Prizes also included FREE USTA Membership for first-time members ages 10 and Under.
