NorCal Staff | May 18, 2016

Take advantage of Open Tournaments happening this summer that not only provide a great opportunity for you to compete against top players, but also might give you the chance to win prize money! Below is the schedule for Open Tournaments that are being held NOW through Labor Day weekend in different areas so you can choose to play one close to home or travel with some friends to different tournaments. Three of the Open Tournaments this summer count towards the National Top 500 List. The International Tennis Federation (ITF) requests a national ranking of the 500 top players in the United States from USTA. These lists are used when players do not have an ATP or WTA Ranking for selection into pro level events where they run out of players with professional rankings. The three NorCal Adult Open Tournaments that count towards the Top 500 List are indicated below by an asterisk.
