Todd Dissly U10 Workshop Faculty Member of the Year

TODD DISSLY NAMED RECIPIENT OF USTA 10 AND UNDER WORKSHOP FACULTY MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD
The USTA has announced that Todd Dissly of Los Gatos, Calif., was selected as the recipient of the 2016 USTA 10 and Under Workshop Faculty Member of the Year Award. Dissly was honored at the USTA Semi-Annual Meeting, Sept. 3-6 in New York City.
Dissly was selected for the award based on his outstanding service and skills in the California tennis community. He is a USTA National Faculty Coach and conducts workshops for parents and coaches as well as featured USTA Player Development workshops across the country. As a part of an elite team of USTA Club Consultants, Dissly consults tennis programs on a variety of topics to help them better serve their club and/or community. He has won more than 25 awards, including three CIF/CCS State Championships and two Central Coast Section titles. ADVERTISEMENT

Dissly is a former No. 1-ranked USTA NorCal junior player, and was a Division I tennis player at San Jose State University.
The USTA Faculty Member of the Year Award recognizes an individual coach and teaching professional who promotes the growth of tennis through exemplary on-court training and by assisting the USTA and its sections with the direction of its 10 and Under Tennis on-court training program.
The USTA Semi-Annual Meeting and Conference brings together USTA Leadership, national staff, national committee members and section volunteers and staff in pursuit of the USTA mission: To promote and develop the growth of tennis. Along with leadership and committee meetings, the USTA Semi-Annual Meeting provides education opportunities for all attendees to develop and enhance their personal and professional skills and learn new ways to promote the game of tennis.
