Serena clinches tie; U.S. defeats Belarus 5-0 to advance

Serena Williams beat Anastasiya Yakimova 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 to clinch the World Group II tie for the U.S. over Belarus. Christina McHale won the fourth singles match and then Venus Williams and Liezel Huber won the doubles rubber. The U.S. now moves into a World Group Playoff in April.
