Below find a brief note from Lew Brewer, Director of USTA Junior Competition:
 
"As you may know, following a series of meetings held throughout the country, the revised 2014 NJTS was unanimously approved by the USTA Sections in a vote taken at the 2013 USTA Annual Meeting. Subsequently, the USTA Board of Directors also voted unanimously to adopt the revised proposal during a recent meeting. Consequently, the USTA Junior Competition Committee is pleased to announce that bids are now open to host events for the 2014 National Junior Tournament Schedule."

2012 Changes to National Junior Ranking Point Tables

2011 Australian Open - Day 10

Each year the USTA publishes "Friend at Court," a book that includes not only the USTA Regulations, but also the ITF Rules of Tennis and "The Code," the players’ guide for matches when officials are not present. It is highly recommended that each junior tennis family have a copy of this publication as a reference.

The USTA endorses players to compete in International Tennis Federation (ITF) events in the United States and throughout the world. The USTA will only endorse players who have met certain requirements.

Going to college or turning pro?
