USTA Missouri Valley Tournament Trailblazers
"Tournament Trailblazers" Program
Back by popular demand in 2025, USTA Missouri Valley will once again be offering adult tournament players the opportunity to earn a variety of tennis-related items, based on their frequency of participation. These USTA Missouri Valley “Tournament Trailblazers” will earn gifts for their efforts, and they will also be recognized on the USTA Missouri Valley website and social media outlets.
Gifts
Players who participate in a minimum of three (3) USTA Missouri Valley adult tournaments [Level 4-7] qualify for this promotion and can earn the gift items listed below:
- Bronze Gift Category (3-4 tournaments) → USTA Merchandise
- Silver Gift Category (5-6 tournaments) → eGift Card to the USTA MV online store
- Gold Gift category (7+ tournaments) → Chance to win a USTA MV Gift Package*
(*A drawing will be held to determine the Gold winner!)

- USTA account/membership (current/valid)
- Players must complete the 2025 Tournament Trailblazer registration form
- Deadline to submit your registration is December 31, 2025
